I am completely outraged by Jet/Edgars airtime-top up company RMB who have fradulantly obtained my number and turned it into a contract number.
I haven't been unable to use my number for more than two weeks now, I can only receive calls. I have never heard of this company and everytime I call them (daily) I'm either told this contract will be cancelled in 24-48hrs and i will get an sms which hasn't happened for two weeks now. I was given their contact details by my service provider VodaCom, I call them daily and the last person I spoke to was Thandi Mnathi who was the 6th person told me there's no record of my calls and wanting this cancelled, She them claimed to have finally done it for me when I asked for the supervisor and this was 5 days ago and still nothing. I can't make business calls now and call my clients, can't even load airtime onto my phone because they have done this to my number and no one wants to undo it. They are literally trying to force me into a contract with them and I've lost all use of my number now, a number I have used for the past 15years. I'm not even sure if they are a company that responds, but I urgently need this undone and my number back.
