I reported bad signal and drop calls previous to Vodacom their response was no alternative I must wait till my contract expiry in Jan 2014 and then change to other network. In the meantime I must pay my account re drop calls & losing business re clients that can't get hold of me??? If financial institutions don't deliver or do me in i go to the ombudsman? To whom do i report Vodacom? Or do I have to see a lawyer? and fork out money for it??
