Incorrect billing

I have a IPAD with micro sim but cell c just does not seem to get it right, they have tried but it just does not seem to be corrected. They keep on invoicing my account incorrectly and just dont seem to worry about it. I want it fixed or cancle my subscription and give me all my money bac so that I can get it somewhere else.
