This is my 4th or 5th complaint with regards the same issue. i was promised call Friday past i am still waiting today. i was also advised to go to my nearest cell c store to get a micro sim or rather the one provided by Cell C to be cut to a micro sim size. at the Cell C outlet i was told they dont do that and head office would tel me anything to get rid of me. i had to pay for a micro sim R50 which i want reimbursed from Cell C... i had to drive out my petrol to be to again. this problem came due to someone giving me false information and yet its continuing. Why would Cell C to me on a continual basis... i am waiting on an apology letter from the Regional manager or Alan himself. i am waiting... Please hello Peter where else can i advise this incompetence of Cell C. as i need to take this further as Cell C can do nothing or i keep getting this type of behaviour.
