Cell C is billing me more money than i contracted with. The last time they told me it was for 'get it' when I told them i never added that in my contract they said they asked them to cancel it would not be biiled again and t recover the R78 they billed in February they said they would play the phone-call through which i must have accepted the 'get it' and to date there is no recorded phene-call and Cell C is busy charging me R39 more and I dont get anything for that amount i just pay and i really dont understand how can I be paying every month for nothing??? Cell C must give me my money as soon as possible i dont know that 'get it' and never allowed anyone to take my money for something that never helps me.
