I took a micro sim card for an amount of R45 from cell c sold by one of the sales person and for 5months I have been billed wrong and when I queried it with cell c consultants they always gave me wrong info and I requested to speak to the manager who promised me to resolve the query and also promised me 3 to 4 months of free subscription, which meant my account will be fixed then I won't pay for the mentioned months above but since they claimed that my account has been fixed I have been paying so what I want to know is where is my free subscription as promised?
