I have a 2 Gig unit contract with Vodacom. I do not have 3G signal in my area, and as a result wish to cancel my contract. This is a far bigger problem than I originally thought.
Vodacom Demands a 75% cancellation fee, which is absolutely ridiculous, and in violation of the CPA's reasonable cancellation fee of no greater that 10%. I have filed a complaint with the NCT, and am taking this further unless I get an actual "reasonable" cancellation fee.
I've been a loyal subscriber for going on 3 years now, and the level of service is disgusting.
