Exchange is the cause of all my high latency problems.
When it hits 6AM till 6PM my pings or ms is around 45ms but when it is 7PM till the next morning I get a 800ping or ms.
I have phoned Telkom many times and they have yet to go to the exchange and fix the problem, my latest reference number is: 1CWK260313
I have had technicians out more then once and they confirm that it is not a problem with my line and /or equipment.
If this is not fixed soon i will be forced to take legal actions as i am paying for a service i am not receiving.
