TELKOM EXCHANGE CONGESTION MITCHELLE'S PLAIN

I have been struggling for months now!! For five months I've been paying for a 4mb line which I have been receiving only 1mb at night and 3.5mb during the day. This struggle has lead me to swapping ISP's. Afrihost then pin pointed the problem which of cause is Telkom's exchange that is congested in Mitchell's plain. I have called these a good couple of times and they keep saying that its in progress and then the project is complete, but I'm still experiencing the problem, they doing remote testing. Telkom has the worse support team and closing times' where did you ever hear that the hugest ISP closes their technical support team at 17:00pm with people that has no clue on what they doing. I want to know if I can claim my months back as I've not received the service & product that I paid for. If this was a white man's area then it would of been taken care of' asap "discrimination factor comes into play" My money and hundreds of others is lost! Pelican Park Area 111CWK180114
