I am writing to you again... my network issue is still not resolved... I replied to Sisa Flatela and I then called your call centre again after I haven't heard back from him and asked a consultant to resubmit the networking questionnaire again on my behalf... This problem has now had in excess of 60 calls to your call centre and is on going since 29 JUNE 2013 and still no-one genuinely concerned or seemingly capable individual has actually responded. Quite clearly you feel that you can just get paid and not deliver... I find this unsatisfactory and I want an apology, reimbursement and compensation for my airtime that I couldn't' use... my aggravation, an entire month of phone calls to your call centre... I probably qualify for a holiday based on the stressed you caused! If there is no-one at Cell C who knows what to do, Mr Allen Knot Craig I beg you please help me! This situation is untenable and cannot continue.
