Dear MTN, once again I have te report to this forum to get someone to contact me. Clearly you pay people Millions to NOT do their job, execs roll in the money while you rip your customers off!!
Please refer to my previous query and GIVE ME A CALL back as you never bothered to resolve my issue!!
How many times must I ask for assistance, get promised that I will get helped but then AGAIN it falls through the cracks???
So can the person who I spoke to on Tuesday 23 July 2013 at 10:26 on the 809 number, please call me back as promised as you FAILED to assist me.
