Okay, refer to my previous report (PATHETIC SERVICE DURING UPGRADE 5 July) It's now TWO weeks later and I still don't have my handset that was supposed to be exchanged. I have been sent from one person to another and all have PATHETIC excuses and can't sort my issue out. Nobody is able to take ownership and provide me with decent service. VODACOM YOU! Eveyone tells me that they have escalated the issue. Do you know what escalate actually means? I have never received such service or dealt with incompetent people like this. Needless to say I am disgusted! Now I will just get the automated reply again and then wait another week I guess?
