Cell C's internet service is the most pathetic I have ever used, their call centre is also sub standard x 100000000, you have to repeat everything 4 times before the person on that side knows what you're taking about and if he/she doesn't they just put you through to someone even less competent, No more, tomorrow I'll look at 8ta or Vodacom. Been with Cell C for years, but enough is enough.
I do not stay in the bush, so reception is not the problem, it's the pathetic network. you like to advertise the fact that you cover 99% of south africa, so does the remaining 1% include the whole of Port Elizabeth???
I also logged a call a few weeks ago to have a technician sent to me, they stated that will take 7 working days??? REALLY??? while still waiting for the so called techi to come or at least give me a call I have been struggling the whole time.
I will NEVER USE Cell C NOR refer anyone I know to make use of it.
I leave it to the person in charge of client relations to get back to me on this.
