I signed a contract with autopage for a blackberry cell phone with air time and data for R200 a month with a block of R50 for my teenage daughter. After 14 months of it working wonderfully I received a bill for R2051. I went into the store and after 2 hours I was assured that they would reverse the extra charges. I received an sms the same day to say the problem had been logged and would be addressed. 2 days later I received another sms saying "your credits required has been successfully completed." I was so happy thinking everything has been sorted out only to have R2051 withdrawn from my account yesterday via debit order to autopage. They say that they should have informed me when I took out the contract that the block is not 100% reliable. This was never done and I would never have agreed to it had I known.
