BAD AFTER SERVICE, INCORRECT BILLING

My account no is R000730652 which I applied for in May 2013. My application was for a MiFi Router and Tablet @ R249.00 per month which I have proof of. I am in possession of invoice no's R00000141914 dd 01-06-2013 R429.39; R00001136917 dd 01-06-2013 R229.40 & R00001158554 dd 01-07-2013 R348.00. I have contacted Billings about this who referred me to the Sales Manager who looked into the matter whilst I held on (my costs) and eventually promised to call me back at my request so i did not need to hold on any longer - this was in June 2013. To date he has not phones me back; nor left a message on my cell phone. I have subsequently try to phone him again to be told he is in a meeting and I should phone back where upon I said no and left a message for him to contact me, which he has not done.By the invoices above you can see I am not paying anywhere near the R249.99 quoted and because they debit my bank account I cannot stop it.
Furthermore I have not been able to use this MiFi that i am paying for due to it simply not connecting and to get through to C/S is mission impossible. I would love to cancel this contract and my monies refunded for plain bad service.
