My existing top up contract deducts money the end of each month and I receive money on my phone every 15th of each month. My debit order went off the 29-06-2013 as per my notification I received from my bank on all my debit orders. On the same day I upgraded my contract and paid my upgrade fee in store and also topped up with a total of R150.00. I was supposed to receive my money as per the debit order deducted on the 29-06-2013 the 15th and have not received any notifications of this. I contacted the Klerksdorp branch and the sales person said that he can't see any debit order deducted on the 29-06-2013 and that I received money on my phone on the 04-06-2013 which is incorrect as I keep all my notifications on my phone in my message folders and received it on the 15th of June. He informed me that no longer their customers receive on the 15th but now the 1st of each month which I was not notified off. Now I must go into my bank to get bank statement and show them proof of the debit order. I can't get through on the customer line as well. Very disappointed with overall service and definetly do not feel like a satisfied customer "Cell C for yourself" what a joke.
