Writing on behalf of my son who has no acces so email. he put claim on the 20th march after an accident.all relevant documents were sent and got a response that they got them. No one came to assess the car. After a while I spoke to Mduduzi in the claims department, sent him emails with no response.phoned again - spoke Christopher in the sales department who promised to speak to Mduduzi as he was handling the claim no reponse. Phoned again spoke to Samantha and this time i asked to speak to the mananger but the phone was slammed down. this is a raw deal i cannot undertand money deducted every month with such a service this guys are disgusting i am so frustrated i dont know what to do please help...
