Hi I'm a Vodacom customer n spend a lot off money with cellphone contracts with them. I recently upgraded my handset and I no longer used my Nokia N8.So what I did is when I got my new S3 I took the Nokia N8 n left the phone in the box. About a month or so ago I took the Nokia N8 to use coz I missed the phone and 2 my shock n amazement the entire was exploded in the box. The Phone Exploded and the screen pushed up n battery was exploded at the bk. Since I knew the phone was older than 2 yrs I proceeded2 Vodaworld knowing the warranty was over. When I got there a gent helped me n he told me the phone is out off warranty so I told him I understand all the facts. Then I explained what happen with the unit he insisted the phone warranty is over. So I was irritated and told him I need to know why the phone exploded and what was the cause, just in case the entire house burnt down. He said they won't fix it but he will book it in anyway. Then a week later I got SMS 2 collect phone wen I got there they told me the phone exploded which I knew already. I Would like an answer as 2 what will happen with this phone either from VODACOM or NOKIA...
