Still waiting for feedback

I phoned Autopage yesterday the 9th after I have received an SMS stating that Autopage has begun taking legal action on my account and that a default alert will be loaded against my name at the credit bereau. Since my complaint filed on the 20th of December 2013, Sifiso Mlangeni from Autopage phone me back on 23rd December 2013. He said that they are waiting for MTN to give them the feedback I have requested, but it will take a while due to people being on holiday. I wanted this whole situation sorted by end of 2013. But clearly Autopage has not done there part in doing so. I have not received any feedback from them regarding my account since I last spoke to Sifiso Mlangeni. Now they want to take legal action against me as a client after I have been keeping the communication lines open between me and Autopage, but Autopage has not kept the the communication lines open towards me. As a client I have done my part to resolve the situation but they have not been doing there part!
