On the 25th July I experienced a problem with my data card. I thought this was due to a connection problem. On the 26th I tried a different modem in a different location and still no luck. I phoned the call centre and was told that 8ta cancelled my contract without any notice. They said they would re-activate the contract and would take 72hours. Today I phoned them again and was told that my account is a prepaid account and I should go to an 8ta store and signup again. How can 8ta cancel my contract??? I will go out of my way to tell people how bad 8ta is.
