Very poor signal

In the last 4 or 5 months the cellphone signal at my home has almost disappeared. This is extremely inconvenient and costly as I work from the same location and clients can hardly ever get hold of me and I know I have lost business and money because of this. If the caller actually gets through the call breaks up all the time and they can never hear me at all. Often the signal is so weak that the call goes straight to my voicemail. I have resorted to diverting my calls to my cellphone to my Telkom landline but this is getting very costly.

I have complained twice about this on Cell C's facebook page and both times they have come back to me and given me reference no's for my complaint. (Ref 3061901879 on 19th June and Ref 3071202856 on 12th July 2013). However this is where it seems to end and nothing else happens after this.

I am seriously thinking about taking action under the Consumer Protection Act to have my contract cancelled and moving to Vodacom, which works 100% at my location.
