University of South Africa, UNISA in partnership with the mobile subscribers in South Arica were offering a 3G deal to its students.
I accepted the offer using the prescribed channel, opting for Cell C. The appropriate amount was debited from my UNISA account (R600) towards the 3G deal. Todate I have not received the 3G, despite the responding to Cell C's correspondence to give them my valid (RICAd) cell phone number. It has been over three months from the time I applied for the 3G from Cell C.
