I recd my MTN account and noticed a debit of R157.80 for content charge. I queried and was informed I must contact a company called Integrid 0110621400 which I did and was informed I must have ticked some box somewhere to subscribe to this service. This all happened after I upgraded my cell phone at end of April. In May I was charged R147.28 plus vat, June R163.06 plus vat and now R157.80 plus vat. I did unsubscribe but I am now out of pocket. No contract was signed all they provided me with was a spreadsheet of figures which meant nothing to me. When I did get my new Samsung I went to 2 MTN stores for them to set it up. I don't know whether they created this problem but I know I did not sign anything and thus hold MTN accountable as they should not be able to debit me without signed proof
