I have just come across debit orders on my bank statement from a company called Fonesure
Fonesure MP 773253-1 R49.50 deductions in April and May 2013
PHOB MP 773253-3 R21.00 deductions in April and May 2013
I have never taken out insurance of any sort nor have I signed any debit order authorities for these amounts.
I would like to be provided with the following information from this company...
A signed application form
A signed debit order authority
A copy of my contract clearly stating what items i have insured.
I will take this further as this constitutes and by this company and whoever provided end them with my information
