I received my statement from MTN and noticed 'content charge' for R71. I queried this with MTN and to my surprise I received feedback stating I subscribed to smsnet. I have no recollection of subscribing to anything as I usually delete those kind of sms's. I then emailed smsnet requesting proof that I subscribed to their services, all I received was and sms stating that I was successfully unsubscribed. They still did not reply to my emailed query, my question is, why so quick to unsubscribe me for something I did not subscribe for but I don't get feedback as to where is the proof? And when will I be reimbursed? This is clear daylight.
