My accounts has been paid up and I owe MTN nothing yet today after applying for a vehicle finance it was declined stating that my account has been listed with R400 that i still owe MTN. I want this resolved NOW. You must update my details at the all credit Bureause, send me my updated credit report to reflect such TODAY .Last year I called MBD requesting for my balance, it was given to me then paid off the account. Sent them an email requesting for confirmation that my account is settle, never got response. Decided to call them I was transferred from one department to another. Then some finally confirmed with me that my account is settled i have zero balance. Am surprised now that am listed for R400 that i had no knowledge of while i was told my account reflect zero balance.
