3 Emails send to complaints department and spoke to someone on 23July and she case me the case no 025810399 - and that someone will phone me back and that the compliant will be dealt with and that they will do the balance transfer and that it has been approved even though i paid the account at absa myself and that i need to send them proof and i did send them proof. The email was read and no one has been in contact with me since. I phone 4 different departments today on 24-07-2013 as each of them keeps on putting me through to another department but no one can assist me AT ALL!!! i have been to FNB branch in Woodlands mall, they cannot assist me. must i go to the OMBITS MAN??? How can they send you an email, give you a ref no and when you phone about this ref no, it DOESNT EXIST and NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING??? they say the record their calls??? i will have to go to the newspapers and this is now the 4 complaint.
