Telkom
Nothing is more stressful than phoning 10210

All I want to do is get my password for my email account. Phoning 10210 has a long, painful, ridiculous recorded list of instructions of which number to press and for some obscure reason you have to enter your land line number in this painful process. You press the number for DSL technical support and end up at Fault Reporting anyway. Then you wait FOREVER for some to answer and tell you that you are at the wrong department. On trying to transfer you - you get cut off and have to begin the entire process again. I have now been cut off for the third time and still have come no closer to getting my password - without it - I cannot get my emails. What do I do now? When is Telkom going to stop being so grossly incompetent? I cannot think of anything more stressful than trying to get something so simple out of an organization so totally useless. Is there another way to do this?
