As a frustrated customer of your non existing communication process, what a joke Telkom created a single number 10210, according to the voice message "the Pinnacle" as the ONLY gateway for customers contact. As a business owner with 20 years Snr management experience I do understand the rationale behind decisions like this. If you get it right, everyone wins, but if not - it will bite you! It is not working! Twice in 2 consecutive days I dialed 10210 within your office hour (15h50 and 08h05) and had to put the phone down after 68 min and 24 min respectively WITHOUT an answer - whilst listening to the ridiculous messages of "valued customer" please stay on the line etc. And then the miracle someone answered, a poor employee who can only apologize profusely, knowing that this customer has no way to speak to the same person again (read accountability) I pray for the day that your monopoly on fixed line systems in SA is broken! As an afterthought please remove stickers on products (bought modem on 2/12/2013- advertising support numbers such as 0800 375 375 - only to be informed to dail 1021. I rest my case Thys Cronje
