I changed via email my banking details on 27/02/14 to be effective from 01/04/13. I received notification that the account would be suspended for debit order being returned. I re emailed them my previous correspondence for the notification of change of banking details. They have now suspended me and will only lift the suspension when I pay the returned debit order. I feel this is unacceptable as they were notified on time and in time. I should not be suspended or held accountable for there neglect.
