Vodacom refused to fix my phone under warranty, then they gave my phone away, I took longer than 3 months to collect it and they have donated it to charity, without telling me about. They texted me on 7 July 2013 to go and collect my phone. I could only manage to send someone to collect on 21 July 2013, but the phone was gone by then. They said they would get my phone back, but still haven't called to say I can collect it. I am highly upset.
