6 days & 9 calls later - still no answe

Called Blackberry Support from Cell C Eastgate on 25 July to query voice mail, I am unable to set up a voice message if it records the mssg it will not save or while trying to record it cuts off in 2 seconds not allowing you to record. If someone calls me & I do not answer it rings for a while & then shows missed call. If I am on a call the phone does not show me that there is a call waiting & does not allow anyone to leave a message it just shows number busy. After speaking to 5 different people in different departments I insisted speaking to a supervisor - they put me thru to a Tsepo who promised to call me back - I never heard a word. I called in again on 29 July and Tsepo said he had no answer and he was waiting for one of his technical guys & he would get back to me by close of business - its now 30th & still not a word - I called support again today 30th & got thru to DRB the lady said that Tsepo is in JHB & I must call back as she cannot transfer me. I called back & ended up in DRB again but was assisted by a very nice lady who has now sent thru an email to both Tsepo's in JHB so now lets see!! how can anyone run a business like this
