I have been contacting MTN Direct every week for the past month with regards to upgrading to the HTC One. Every time I phone I am given different explanations as to why the handset is not available: no stock, MTN not carrying the phone, no feedback from warehouse (similar reasons given by MTNSP stores who promise handset delivery in a week).
However, I know of people who have received this phone through MTN Direct and MTNSP stores! How can it be that there is no stock, yet people are still able to get this phone? What are the criteria by which they are chosen and I am not?
I have been a loyal MTN customer for 14 years, and apart from a few instances, I have been very happy with my service. However, if there is no clarification on the availablilty and criteria on how you decide who gets the phone, I will regretfully have to cancel my contract with you.
