Getting no joy from call centre

Over the past 2 weeks I have been sending a call back request as I need to take out a contract with one f the deals offered. I still haven't been contacted till today.
I went out of my way again to request the call back again ith hope to be contacted soon. I then decided to contact the call centre and requested to be transferred to the contract department. I had to speak to 3 consultants whom were supposed to transfer me to the correct department. When I was finally transferred, I had to hold on for over 25 minutes nd I eventually hung upas I was not getting any joy.
If the contract department (cell c direct) was closed by the time I called, I think I should have been told at first contact unlike holding on and getting no where.
All I wanted was to enquire about the cell phone deals offered and even consider taking one. I just wonder how the treatment would be if I become a cell c customer, it just raises eyebrows.
All I want is for someone to contact me in order to take out the cell phone deal offered on contract.
