Unhappy with Altech Autopage services

I've noticed charges on my invoice for unusually high amounts when I queried this with altech autopage I was advised it is for internet usage. I did notify them that I have a blackberry and BIS active and I only download images. They have told me it is for downloading data from the internet. I then requested for a detailed report as I have not been downloading data that I would be charged approx. R2000 for. I requested they investigate this as it is an error. After calling in and requesting for this they then requested for a LETTER with the times and dates and for permission to obtain URL details. They have been beating around the bush with me making me go back and forth and up until date cannot give me a report of sites that were visited. I have sent the letter through on the 08-08-2013; on the 26-08-2013 I logged another complaint as I did not receive any feedback whatsoever from them. They have now come back to me after 20 days to advise me of this' Kindly note the internet connection was done via an application that is password based eg. gmail account therefore we can't tell you the sites visited." Altech does not listen to their customers queries. Very poor service delivery.
