MTN loads services without my knowledge

I am a client of Autopage, I have a Blackberry with BIS and a top up 100, I always have a few hundred rand credit, on 28 March I happen to check my balance and notice I have R29 left, the next morning it is R18, as it is a public holiday I cannot get hold of Autopage, on the 30th I visit the Autopage store and they check for any WASP or other content and say there is nothing, by Tuesday my airtime is up,

Yesterday Autopage tells me that MTN has loaded MYMTNLOADED to my account, I have never spoken to or visited MTN website, not from home or my phone

Why on earth would I want this added to a BIS and how does MTN decide that they can bill me for free internet over BIS

The number I am given by Autopage tells me it is temp out of order

I want this sorted out and ALL the money that was taken off refunded
