I moved over to Autopage directly from MTN in September 2013. I have never experienced such poor service in a long time. They have now overtaken Nedbank on my "Poor Service" companies list. I applied for a contract that they had advertised and it took them at least 15 days to load the package after I had to call the head office and explain to them what needed to be done. Needless to say they incorrectly loaded the contract and I had to help them yet again. I have put a softbar limit on my phone to protect me from running up a high phone bill. Without fail each month my number is blocked and I have to fight with their High Usage department. My average monthly bill is R263.00. I am supposed to get all my data, minutes etc on the 1st. on more than one occasion my phoned has been barred. Autopage Cellular is incapable of managing a cell phone network. I therefore appeal to anybody who reads this-DO NOT TAKE OUT AN AUTOPAGE CELLULAR CONTRACT. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT (I HAVE NOT SPOKEN TO ONE COMPETENT PERSON YET). I AM TIRED OF CALLING THESE FOOLS AND DOING THEIR JOB. I AM AT MY WHITS END WITH THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE. DO NOT SUPPORT AUTOPAGE CELLULAR, IF YOU DO YOU ARE IN FOR PROBLEMS
