I initially requested information regarding the Vodacom Millionaires that is run on a weekly basis. I have spoken the management within this department who provided me information, and thereafter unilaterally closed the complaint, although I still have questions, and a query in this regard. I have since not been provided information, nor a courtesy call from the head of this department. I thus lodged a complaint with executive client executives within the CEO's office, and initially 2 individuals within this department agreed to revert back to me. This failed to occur. I also attempted to reach management, via email, within the CEO's office, and this to was ignored. I also took this matter up with the customer services department, and spoke with a call centre agent, and team leader. I have not had a follow up from this department, and the matter has simply been swept under the carpet.
It is clear these departments are acting on behalf of the CEO, and since it is an impossible task to reach him, or his pa, the stated departments should go out of their way to provide a professional service, although this is clearly not a priority.
