No access internet what am I paying for?

I spoke to Moses Mofokeng from the Technical Department on the 2013/11/24.i explained to him in detail what happened from day one with cell c. Moses listened to all that i had to say he then read out the information that he said was infront of him. He said Mam what i see on my system is that there is alot of supervisors has been handling your case he then read out the information that he had on the system a & did mention to me that Primrose from the Technical Department jhb emailed someone to extend my internet prepaid sim card internet that person forwarded my information the email to the VAS Department to 1 of the superviser's to extended it. I was told by Moses it was extended successfully.i request that head Office Listens to the call that took place between Mosese and myself on the 2013/11/24 approximately at 11;30am. I request an email from moses to sent me in writing that my internet has been extended he menstioned he cannot do that. In addition I was not notified or given any feedback to say my internet was period was extended. Durning this weekend i kept calling cell c call centre and the Technical Department my call was being transferred to the various different departments
