Fail to respond after complain

On the 25th of February I lodged a complaint against Vodacom, and yes they did reply. They then forwarded the information to the correct department. my problem to this would be that it is now the 13th Of March and as to yet no one responded, mailed nor phoned me about what the resolution to the problem or how far they are with investigations. And i know that is the proces but at least keep the customer up to date. It seems to be a case of passing the buck and we are all in the clear until the client complains again. this is now getting boring and i would like some definitive answers as they still have not been able to even contact me how will the ever give back my money.
