OVERALL BAD & NO SERVICE PROVIDED

I enquired on the 05/04/2013 at 14:15 to Vodacom regarding my bank account being debited by a certain amount. Knowing that I dont have a contract with them any longer this took me by susprise. I eventually spoke to someone in the customer service department who couldnt help me... AT ALL & didnt understand what I was saying. Going back & forth I eventually spoke to someone in the Division who assisted me up till where they could. They then handed my query over to the customer services department who till this day havent refunded me, replied to my correspondence or even had the decency to keep me informed of the progress. No one after my query was logged could give me a contact number for the department & e-mail address' whom no replies to. A sum of R800 is owed to me which was incorrectly debited from my bank account & no one at Vodacom cares because its not there money being taken.
