I recently bought me a new blackberry and activated my BIS (R60 Uncapped) and for the first two weeks everything went well and I downloaded Movies, Music, Series etc. and in the third week released that I couldn't download anymore and I then contacted MTN and the consultant told me that BIS does not allow downloads only uncapped browsing which I think is a rip off Cell C, 8ta and Vodacom allow downloads with BIS and I know this as my family member and friends are with these networks and they can download perfectly with no hassles and to top it off MTN charge R60 uncapped BIS (excluding downloads) where cell c and 8ta is just R30 uncapped including downloads, MTN is the worse service provider and I will never recommend them to anyone
