I HAVE NOT GIVEN MY NEW BANKING DETAILS TO CELL C AND THE BILLING DEPARTMENT DEBITED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION, OR A FORM TO AUTHORIZE A DEBIT FROM MY NEW ACCOUNT! FIRST OF ALL, NO IDEA HOW THE CELL C DEPARTMENT RETRIEVED MY NEW BANKING DETAILS! I REPORTED IT, AND IT IS TAKING THEM FOREVER TO SORT OUT THE ISSUE! I AM ON THE VERGE OF REPORTING THIS TO THE CONSUMER BOARD OF COUNCIL AND THE SOUTH AFRICAN POLICE DEPARTMENT AS THIS WAS NOT AUTHORIZED BY ME AND IT IS ILLEGAL TO SOMEONES BANKING DETAILS! SORT THIS OUT IMMEDIATELY! DO NOT CALL, E-MAIL ME, I DO NOT H AVE TIME TO DEAL WITH INCOMPETENT PEOPLE!
