Dear officer it is appauling to note that your new contracts call centre is none functional (084 145 ---> 2). I have called twice to follow-up on a new contract, thinking that Cell C has finally evolved to a professional organisation offering proper service only to be disappointed. I had a great initial experience and was told that i shall be informed in 48hours of progress. It has been week since and when i call to follow-up (twice) i get placed on hold for 7 mins or so each time only to have the line timeout each time.
I think i'll stick with my current service provider.
