I purchased a new cellphone contract but cannot get the line activated. I was told it would be immeadiate before I bought the deal, but it is now a full week. No one calls to inform me a deadline has been breached, and each time I call in to find out about 'progress' I get the same answer. It is with the technicians who need 24-48hours.
