Apllied for a contract on 08 feb got very good service on cell c direct line 1. was aproved for contract and was told i would recieve a sms regarding the progress. only sms i have recieved is to tell me i there is a problem regarding the porting and to contact cell c. Sounds easy enough but three days later of constantly trying to get through to operators and no answer is pathetic. I managed to contact my current service provider within no time, so u tell the public that u the best provider and we can challenge you but cant even get hold of cell c to resolve simple problems. Almost two weeks later now and no phone no sms regarding progress is pathetic
