its unfortunate to have to resort to laying complaints on this site as when i do log complaints to cell c call centre, i am met with totally incompetent and unhelpful staff who keep passing the buck on to different people or departments.
i refer to the appauling internet connectivity and internet speeds. even now at almost 1:00am my supposedly fast connection is frustratingly slow! i hold numerous handset contracts with cell c and my internet is prepaid with me paying R1799 for absolute rubbish! i migrated my handsets from vodacom who was prompt on dealing with issues i had and my internet from 8ta who i never had problems with. it seems that cell c is not interested in having me as a client and maybe the near R4000 i pay every month is not good enough for cell c. oh well if it isn't. im sure vodacom and 8ta would not turn me down.
