My wife went through a terrible ordeal after being attacked in our home. She spent almost 8 months in hospital with bills adding up to about R300 000. Needless to say that our bills added up... including that of Vodacom. After numerous phone calls in which I asked only for Vodacom to wait for 12 months I now get letters from their lawyers. I cannot afford my name on the blacklist so YES Vodacom... you WILL get your money. It is just a shame that you can be such heartless people. Just know that I have another contract with you guys... that is worth a lot more than the pitty R3000 you want from my wife. I already changed my data and two other contracts to other cellphone providers. You have lost a loyal customer of at least 10 years. I however do not think that losing one customer will matter to you. Cheers Vodacom... after this contract is done... I am done with you.
