I took out a data contract with CellC - I was specific in my request stating that I have a micro sim and that I do not need a sim card, I want the contract to be on this number, the still sent me a sim card, but they ported my number to this new sim which is not a micro sim, the consultant Tabiso couldn't/wouldn't assist me, resulting in me having to go to a cellc store only to be told they cant help me, I had to go to another store and pay for this new sim to be cut!!! Finally I sorted it out myself, I have a DATA CONTRACT -yet the signal keeps on going away, everyday since I got this thing, right now in fact it lost connectivity, constant irritation, then I checked my balance and it said R35, called customer care, but they cannot tell me what it's for until I get my invoice they wont be able to see, so I must 1st be charged before it can b rectified? Well done on having Trevor Noah as your face - because you are a JOKE! I want this network connection problem resolved and I had to pay for your consultant's mistake - I had better network when I was on prepay - really disappointed & irritated by your service on all fronts!
