No response on application

Applied for mtn cellphone contract on tuesday 24 July 2013 but since no feedback. Tried phoning the call centre and they are unable to advise me of outcome. Tried phoning mtn wonderboom junction - no answer on their lines$ pathetic service. Very unhappy client
